Scalloped Wrap in Yam Ring
Travel Bite: The scallop wrapped in Yam Ring (or more commonly known as the poshified version of the taro puff with big scallops) is my favorite dish from Jumbo Seafood Restaurant in Boat Quay (more famous for their Chili Crab and Black Pepper Crab - which I don't eat). This dish is served with honey and I never realized that eating it together so good.
