Guangdong Roast Duck Hong Kong

Guangdong Barbeque was one of new restaurants we tried on our last trip to Hong Kong. It's actually one the the favorite restaurants of Jem's family so we were very happy to try it out.

They have the standard roasts, which they serve with a generous serving of ginger sauce.
You can't go wrong with the classic Roast Duck and they do it quite well here.
Their BBQ Pork Charsiew is cooked in a different "cleaner" style.
I'd say it's more similar to ham then the traditional way charsiew is prepared.
Since we came in for brunch, we ordered a scrambled egg with shrimp
omelette too and some veggies (not in photo).
The good thing about Guandong is they are used to people buying
food to take home, so you can order in advance, and they will pack it for you,
ready to be picked up at the agreed time.

I know there is a difference between Roast Duck and Roast Goose, but I personally can't taste it. If you're not particular like me, I would definitely recommend Guangdong over Yatlok Roast Goose, because the service there really sucks (based on our last visit) and they don't make Roast Goose exceptionally well enough for us to stand and accept crap service. just saying.
