Grand Central Market Eats

On one of our explore Manhattan days, we decided to have breakfast at Grand Central Terminal so we could fully appreciate what their market had to offer.

Grand Central Market Entrance on Lexington and 4th

On our walk there, we passed Crumbs so we stopped to buy one for breakfast so we could understand what the hype about New York Cupcakes is all about.

Cupcakes handmade with love.
That's how we do our too.
Crumbs has a candy section.
But what is really impressive is their cupcake assortment.
They all looked so good, we couldn't decide what to get.
Sofia and Ady had to settle it with
Rock, Paper, Scissors which Sofia won.
We ended up getting the Cannoli cupcake to go.

The Grand Central Market was just a few doors away and there they had everything. It's not a good idea to go on an empty stomach.
It's one long hallway with yummy looking food.
Ready to Eat
Tomato and Mozarella Stacks
Seafood (not my cup of tea)
Bacon Brittle
Cheese Store
This place had quiche we wanted to try,
but they don't warm it up, so we passed on it.
Tea and Spice Store
Reminds me of Morocco
We went to Zaro's Bakery for their Cheese bread.
All their bread looked good.
They also had different stuff like Rainbow Cookies.
The market also had Fresh Fruits.
Check out the peaches, grapes and cherries.
This is the entrance of Grand Central Market from the terminal side.
We saw a branch of Magnolia Bakery
but their cupcakes looked quite sad.
Junior's was a Must-Visit for their signature New York Cheesecake.
Their cheesecake was really good.
But their coffee is crap. just saying.
Sofia had Zaro's version of the Pain Au Chocolat.
This was our breakfast, so I guess you can say it's the unhealthiest
breakfast we had on our whole break.
Zaro's Cheese bread was really good too.
It's bread filled with something like cream cheese then there's also
some crushed pineapple for contrast.
The Crumbs Cannoli Cupcake was a bit of a let down.
The cake was moist enough, but it was just too sweet.
You're just paying for the name. We make better cupcakes.
just saying. I'll be happy to prove it.
Sugar Rush Galore!

That was really a great breakfast! Plus we got to tick visiting the Grand Central Terminal off our Touristy-Things-To-Do-List too. just saying.
