P365 TE Day 351

Crispy Pork Jerky

Travel Bite: Almost all the bakeries in Macau also sell Dried Pork Jerky. There are different kinds, which you can just point to. They will let you try, so you can just buy the one you like the best. However, the best Pork Jerky for me is the crispy version. They don't sell it like this, so you have to look for it (already pre-packaged). It comes in large thin crispy pork sheets. Pastelleria Koi Kei sells it. It's actually the only thing they sell that's worth lining up for.
