Changi City Point Outlet Mall
Travel Bite: Singapore is an extremely humid country, so the more enterprising malls not only have a kids playground, they have a water play area too. One such mall is Changi City Point Outlet Mall, near the airport. Just remember to bring a swimsuit or extra clothes for your kids. They also have showering facilities.
The shopping isn't that great though, especially if you're expecting a lot of Outlet Sale finds. You can read my post on that here.
