Promenade des Planches in Deauville
Travel Bite: Deauville is a sea-side town part of Calvados, in the Basse-Normandy Region Northwest of France. It's where the French High Society have summer homes, and also where the Deauville American Film Festival was held.
Deauville is beautiful and is easily accessible by train from Paris. Travel time is around 2 hours. Best to go on a sunny day so you can enjoy the beach.
