Freshly Prepared Takoyaki (Octopus Balls)
Travel Bite: Takoyaki, or Octopus Balls (Tako means Octopus) was first popularized in Osaka, and is actually available in almost every street corner. I love Takoyaki, especially if freshly prepared. Just make sure not to pop the whole thing in your mouth as that's a good way to burn it. Just bite into the takoyaki slowly and make sure you blow. Hahaha.
