P365 TE Day 53

Eating Picanha in Brazil

Travel Bite: My favorite meal in Brazil was the Picanha from Bar do Juarez, in São Paulo, Brazil. Picanha is the popular cut of beef in Brazil, which is from the rump cap. At Bar do Juarez, they serve it to you raw, sliced and marinated, and you grill it yourself. However, you can also ask for picanha in the numerous rodizios (Brazillian Grill, where they bring you meat on skewers from the grill - directly to your table) in Brazil.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil
