When we went to Hong Kong last June, we were a big group, so we would split up so we could do our own thing, then we would meet up whenever it was time to eat.
Our first real meal when we arrived was to eat YumCha (DimSum) Weekend Brunch at Maxim's Palace in City Hall.
We arrived there just in time to line up before they opened. |
Go to place for yummy DimSum. |
We made it just in time for the first seating.
Almost all these people were in line in front of us. |
We were a big group so we had to split up in two tables.
The foods team and the home care girls. |
The hair team and the home care boy. |
There has been much progress because the
dimsum carts now have a screen. Hahaha. |
Our table started grabbing dimsum from every cart that passed as if there was no tomorrow.
Three orders of Hakaw or Shrimp Dumplings. |
Baked BBQ Pork Buns |
Xiao Long Bao (or Soupy Pork Dumplings) |
We had a very busy table, with everyone grabbing right and left.
Hunger does that. |
Every time a cart passed, someone from our table would always want to try it, so it would just be a matter of us getting 3 orders or just 1 to try. Hahaha.
