Hainanese Chicken Rice from Tian Tian at Maxwell Hawker Center
Travel Bite: Hainanese Chicken Rice is a famous Singapore staple. You can normally find it in every hawker stall or food court at acceptable quality (it's normally very cheap!). However, servings tend to be small. The best Hainanese Chicken Rice I ever tried is from Tian Tian, located at the Maxwell Hawker Center in Chinatown. It was featured by Anthony Bourdain in No Reservations.
