P365TE Day 60

Picnicking by the Eiffel Tower

Travel Bite: No matter how cheesy it is, I always love picnicking by the Eiffel Tower if my schedule and the weather allows it. We normally sit by the gardens in Trocadero, to enjoy the view. It's best to come prepared with a beach mat (blanket or sarong) so you don't have to worry about sitting on the grass.

Our must have picnic items include a baguette (artisanal preferred), cheese, cold cuts, chips, chocolate and wine, all of which can be grabbed at your neighborhood supermarket, but if you get a chance to pass a food market, that's even better.

You can read more about that experience here.
