P365 TE Day 142

Pão de Queijo or Brazilian Cheese Bread

Travel Bite: If you find yourself in Brazil, for the world cup or whatever reason, don't forget to try Pão de Queijo or the local cheese bread. It's available everywhere, including at the breakfast buffet at the hotel. It's best when it's hot because it's soft outside and gummy (cheesy) inside.

The best thing is that you can buy Pão de Queijo bread mix in any supermarket and it's really easy to do, so you can actually enjoy Pão de Queijo in your very own home.

You can read my post on making our own Pão de Queijo here.
