Rodizio or Brazilian Steakhouse




Travel Bite: A Rodizio is an Eat-All-You-Can Brazilian Steakhouse,
where the server brings to you the grilled meat on skewers which he serves you directly unto your plate. 

Normally the best part is the one that comes directly from the fire (refer to the bottom piece of meat) as they sprinkle salt on the meat before putting it back. The best selling cut is the Picanha (rump) so always ask for that.
