Penguins in Boulders Beach



Travel Bite: Boulders Beach has a large colony of African Penguins that live in the cove of sheltered white sand. 

There's a board walk where you're allowed to go to get you really close to the penguins. I think there may even be a part when you can go swimming, but I think that's a different part from where the penguins live.

Boulders Beach is on the way to Cape Point if you're coming from Cape Town, so it makes a convenient side trip.
