Saboten at HKIA
Travel Bite: Saboten used to be our favorite Tonkatsu place in Singapore's Millenia Walk, but I've heard that the quality has deteriorated and the place has since closed down, and plans to re-open in 313@Somerset. But if you're in Hong Kong, Saboten has an Airport branch (after immigration, before boarding) and I have memories of yummy melt in your mouth Pork Chop, I can't wait to have it for our last meal in Hong Kong.
