Having your Duck and Bringing it Home Too
Travel Bite: While Hong Kong abounds with many yummy duck places, an easy and inexpensive way to bring it home, is to buy it from the Supermarket! I just bought the duck pictured above from Wellcome Supermarket, it was shrink wrapped, then I just stuck it in my luggage. You can even get the matching side dishes to match, like the seaweed/jelly like starter or other cold cuts.
