Moroccan Mint Tea

Travel Bite: Tea occupies a very important part of Moroccan culture and is considered an art form. They serve you tea in the office (if you happen to have business there), at the hotel, in restaurants, and even in the souks, while they try to sell you carpets. Moroccan mint tea is normally on the sweet side, so if you're ordering it - just ask for the sugar on side so you can sweeten it to taste.
