Tratoria Zaza

Travel Bite: In Florence, I had my best meal at Tratoria Zaza. I remember it very well because aside from the great ambiance right at the back of Mercato San Lorenzo, I remember that I had Bisteca with truffle cream and arugula (pictured above) that was to die for, and on another visit I ate risotto with Fresh truffles.
