Porta Portese Flea Market
Travel Bite: My favorite flea market in Rome is the Porta Portese Market in Trastevere open every Sunday morning. As with every flea market worth the bargains you find, beware of pickpockets and take care of your belongings. In this market, I've always managed to score Italian-Made leather shoes which may be overruns of American brands for a steal.
