Déjeuner au Le Soufflé à Paris

Translated to english, it simply means 'lunch at Le Soufflé in Paris'.
I felt it's necessary to clarify that we did not go to Paris to eat at the same restaurant we have in Manila... hahaha.

The specialty of Le Soufflé is... soufflé!!! Surprise Surprise!!! Hahaha... you can order a set meal with a soufflé starter, soufflé lunch and soufflé too for dessert. I tried this with Auntie Stella... and it was just too much soufflé. You get sick of it after a while (umay) that you don't get to eat much... and that's a pity. We discovered that the best strategy was for someone to order the soufflé set while someone ordered normal food, and then share but this is TOTALLY not a French thing to do... so be discreet!

The restaurant on Rue du Mont Thabor in the 1st Arrondissement looks very simple and quiet.
You would not realize it is very full inside. Reservations recommended.

For the main course... I had to order off the set menu for the soufflé because I wanted this.

Thanks Tita Anna for providing all of Sofia's shirts for our Paris Weekend.
The kiddos dragging our picnic gear... off to our next meal now!

The all Soufflé set meal (starter, main, dessert) is €33 and the Traditional set meal with the same is €38. Our lunch for three adults with two sets and an a la carte starter, main and two coffees was really good value for €110.
