Makanstura Gluttons Bay

Some friends from the Philippines visited us last weekend and their schedule was so packed that we had to squeeze in a hawker dinner and Marina Bay Sands (which were both on their to do list) for their last meal.

We went to Makansutra Gluttons Bay to enjoy hawker food and the view of the bay.
We arrived just before 7:00pm and the place was starting to fill up.
Ooooh, I can come back here! They have a Filipino food stall.

Ordering for a big group is always complicated.
From no lines to long lines in an instant. Go for the BBQ Stingray stall first because it's quite popular.
We ordered so much food! So they could try everything!

The only downside is the Singapore humidity.
Order a Teh Tarik (milk tea) to cool you down and eat fast.
You can see the lights show from MBS but you can't really make sense of it.
Jean wanted this for dessert because it looked so good and it has a posh name.

Over-promised and under-delivered!

I took more Singapore pictures at night using the Automatic no-flash mode of my Canon S95.

The Fullerton Hotel and the CBD.
MBS and the Art & Science Museum
Sofia's favorite was Tita Jessamine!
The last time Clint was here, wala pang MBS.
Next time he will check in there and invite us for a swim.

We walked to the Helix Bridge.

After walking from Makansutra, you deserve a reward.
Macarons for dessert.
