Cairns: Been there, Done that

I spent more than eight hours on a plane attempting to go to Cairns to spend the weekend in Great Barrier Reef. EPIC FAIL.

2:25PM flight
Nice and sunny Sydney from the runway

Approximately three hours after
Cairns from the plane
The weather was so bad, we were not able to land.

6:45PM arrived in TownsvilleDiverted to refuel 

10:30PM landed back in Sydney

You do the math. That's eight hours to me!!!

This is all I have to say, I don't dive and I don't snorkel. So, Cairns and Great Barrier Reef --- Been There Done That!!! Just Saying.
