Deconstructed Spring Roll from Ngon
Travel Bite: My favorite restaurant in HCMC is Ngon. It's an open air restaurant with nice ambiance, and food from the different regions of Vietnam. I personally love ordering different versions of their Fresh Spring Rolls which you make yourself.
