Pan-seared Foie Gras and Side Salad from Le Cuisson
Travel Bite: My favorite French Hawker place in Singapore has always been Le Cuisson (from Bugis then they moved to Holland Drive). While doing research on this post, I found out that have closed that, and they now have a real restaurant called La Cuisson. I guess it's something worth trying - though prices are no longer at hawker level!
